Matthew Syed is an award-winning British journalist, broadcaster and author of inspirational/motivational bestseller ‘Bounce’.

Within his award-winning book Syed researched the backgrounds of some of the world’s leading sports stars and specifically what training and preparation they completed to achieve their great success.
